Fall Primary Recruitment takes place the week before fall classes begin. It is a great way to meet all eighteen of our member groups. With timed rounds, invitation lists, and limits to the number of sororities a potential member might meet each round- it’s very structured, but it’s a great way to get a fresh look at all of our sororities before school begins. This is how 98% of our members join.

Primary Recruitment can seem very intimidating, but it is not at all. Through Primary Recruitment you are given the opportunity to meet eighteen different sororities and find the place that you will soon call home. Along the way you will meet many girls who are going through the same process and can relate to you. During this week, you are surrounded by people such as your Pi Chi who are constantly cheering you on and walking alongside you every step of the way.

If you have questions about what to wear or how the process looks then feel free to check out our Pinterest and Youtube where we supply you with answers to all your questions! Click below on the icons to find our different social media accounts!

A letter from the

VP for Recruitment:

Dear potential new members,

War Eagle and congratulations on taking a step to joining the Auburn Panhellenic Community! I know that this is an exciting time for you but also may be nerve racking. Some of you might have waited years for this moment, or maybe you decided on a whim to join a sorority. No matter what the case, I hope you know you are welcomed within this community and our chapter members are so excited to meet you.

My biggest pieces of advice are to have fun, stay true to who you are, and give everyone you meet a chance. No matter where you end up, the people you meet through this process could become some of your best friends. Make conversations in line, keep a positive attitude for every chapter you visit, and use this process to get to know the Panhellenic community. With an open mind, positive attitude, and confidence in who you are, you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be.

With Love,

Maggie Lynch
